WHAT IS MAKER FEST?
Maker Fest is an Indian version of the global Maker Faire movement, which began in California in 2006. Maker Fest Vadodara is an annual event that has been bringing innovations to light since 2019. Creators from different walks of life such as tech enthusiasts, artists, educators, tinkerers, hobbyists, engineers, science experimenters, fusionists, environmentalists, food artisans, and early-stage start-ups participate as Makers. From young inventors to well-experienced veterans, people from all age groups are welcome.

Makers showcase their captivating creations, and those who attend get a sneak peek into the future. It's not just about observing – it's a place to spark your inner maker and learn how to make your own ideas a reality! Over 360 maker teams have joined the journey of Maker Fest Vadodara so far, making their mark on the canvas of innovation. Our aim is to build a culture of innovation, give a platform to innovators who don't get one, celebrate the efforts of creators, and ensure they receive constructive feedback to enhance their creations.

You are invited to register yourself as a Maker at the 7^th edition of Maker Fest Vadodara.

When : Saturday - Sunday, 1^st - 2^nd February 2025

Where : Faculty of Technology, MSU, Vadodara

Guidelines, Terms & Conditions:

Keep the following photographs ready for upload:
One quality photo of your project and one photo of yourself (in case of an individual) or your group (in case of a group registration.)
Those registering in a group should make one point of contact/leader of their group for coordination.
A Team should not comprise of more than 4 people.
The project preparation expenses shall be borne by makers or their organization.
Those Makers who have specified in the application to sell their products will need to be approved by the organizers. Also note that the exhibitors would be responsible on their own for their sales.
Maker Fest Vadodara team reserves the right to cancel or relocate or reschedule the event.
The application form will be reviewed by the selection committee and only those who are selected will be offered the stall during Maker Fest Vadodara 2025. The decision of the committee will be final.
Participants photos, videos, images, information of their project, can be used by Maker Fest Vadodara Team in the newsletter, website and other social media campaigns.
