Description

The device includes pressure sensors and a control unit. The software demonstration system receives the sensor signals in real-time and monitors the wearer’s pose in a virtual environment. This is a type of foot socks, mounted to detect the area and ranges of movement. The mobile application or software will display the details about the range of motion and weight distribution in the area of foot during ambulation. This provides the user or patient to self assess and correct his movement and gait pattern on his own. By this way he also gets biofeedback about the improvement in his gait pattern pre and post treatment if the physical therapy is going on. Also this device is portable, light weight and easy to use for patient and therapist.
